Fancy going on an adventure and unlocking some elite quests? Quest that will give you some great rewards?
If so, you’re going to need to find Adventure Journals. And they’re not so easy to find.
It is not possible to find Adventure Journals in Diablo Immortal until you reach level 60 and have progressed into Hell difficulty. If you’re not level 60, don’t worry. It can be grinded pretty quickly.
It’s just worth knowing that you’ll need to do some initial grinding, before you’ll even be able to find any adventure journals.
If you’re not yet level 60, there are some things that you can do to reach Hell 1 difficulty as quickly as possible.
- Complete The Story Missions – Don’t worry about side quests etc just focus on the story
- Unlock Bestiary Pages
- Level Up Battle Pass
How To Find Adventure Journals in Diablo Immortal
In Diablo Immortal there are only 2 ways to get Adventure Journals.
- Reaching Specific Paragon Levels
- Reward for completing objectives and milestones in the Codex
The way they are set up, it’s not easy to farm. The problem with doing the codex missions is that they’re more likely going to give you Diablo Immortal Hilts as a reward.
The Adventure Journals are one of the only types of currency in the game that cannot be purchased. Ideal for those that prefer free to play, but not great that they seem to be very rare and hard to get.
Diablo Immortal is still fairly new, it’s more than possible that there are other ways to get Adventure Journals that we’re not aware of.
Or they might add new ways of getting them in the future.
What should you do now to get adventure journals in Diablo Immortal?
I’d recommend just playing the game and grinding up your Paragon level and gear. Eventually you’ll come across the missions in the codex or find the item in your inventory.
Funny enough, I didn’t know what the Adventure Journal was when I first saw it in my inventory.
And then I got a second one, without even realizing it!
How to use Adventure Journals in Diablo Immortal?
Adventure Journals are one-time use items. They are used to unlock Elite Quests. If you’re wanting to use your Adventure Journal, you need to visit Taite The Adventure Seeking in Westmarch.
Taite will take the Adventure Journal from you and offer you an elite quest.
What are Elite Quests in Diablo Immortal?
Elite quests are special quests that can only be done once your level 60 and go into Hell 1 difficulty.
These quests tend to have multiple parts, however you’re able to get some really good rewards. It’s a great way of obtaining special chests. These quests are only given by Taite the Adventure seeking. .
Where is the adventure seeker in Westmarch?
Taite [Adventure Seeker] is very easy to find. You’ve probably walked past her a number of times when going to the Court of Whispers.
In Westmach and fast travel to Rakkis Plaza. Go north and head straight up the side street and you’ll see her on the left.
Just speak to her and she’ll take the adventure journals in your hand and give you an Elite quest.
You need to return to Taite every time you get an adventure journal, each time she’ll give you a new quest.
Great way of gaining even more experience and the chance to get some really good gear.
It’s worth noting that these quests do tend to be harder and very long, so you need to make sure you go into them with a good understanding of your class and be prepared for some tough bosses.
The rewards you get are well worth the time spent doing the quest lines.
Grinding adventure journals is a pain and to be honest it can take a very long time. The rewards are worth it, however I’d be more tempted to focus on getting your Paragon levels up and increasing your combat rating.
It’s worth checking the codex daily and working through the missions.
As you do this, you’ll naturally come across adventure journals.
You just want to make sure that your character is a high enough level with decent gear to be able to actually complete the elite quests.
So, there you go.
Hopefully this has helped show you how to get adventure journals in Diablo Immortal. I wanted to also go into more detail on what they are and where you hand them in.
It’s not really clear in-game.
I stumbled onto these Elite Quests by finding an adventure journal in my items and wondering WTF it was!
I had no clue on where I was meant to hand it in and pretty sure I did it simply by talking to random NPCs as I went past them!
Now adventurer, set out in search for journals and venture onto your own Elite Quests for some excellent gear!
