Are you looking for the best way to level up fast in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4?
Most if not all of the methods below are going to help speed up your leveling in future seasons of Fortnite as well.
By going through these ways of leveling up fast, you;ll be able to unlock all Battle Pass rewards in very little time.
It’s worth noting that there are no Fortnite cheats to get your XP. These methods are 100% legitimate ways..
Let’s get started on learning how to get XP in Fortnite and level up fast.
Key Takeaways
- Only do 3 dailies per day
- Work through your weekly quests
- Complete milestones
- Join up with others to share quest objectives
Do Your Daily Objectives
It’s surprising how many people don’t do their dailies and they’re missing out on some great XP rewards.
In fact just doing dailies alone, is a great way to level up fast in Fortnite. Now its important to note that you don’t want to continue doing loads all day.
The first 3 give you a nice XP bonus, however after the initial 3 it does drop down. So just do 3 per day.
NOTE: Did you know that if you did three daily quests each day. Over the entire season you’d have generated over 3.5 million XP. This is roughly 46 levels. Almost half way to completing the Battle Pass with just dailies!
Complete Weekly Quests
An excellent way of building up XP is doing the weekly quests. You can earn 20,000 XP for each completed quest, as well as a bonus when you complete 14 weekly quests.
In fact you can get an extra 150,000 XP!
New weekly quests are added every Thursday. Don’t worry you can still do previous week quests.
Weekly quests are a great way to level up fast in Fortnite because you’ll often reach many of them just by playing the game.
The quests do also vary in difficulty.
For example the easiest involves causing X amount of damage with a specific weapon or just running into a door in a specific location.
There are then some that tend to be a little harder, but still very doable, regardless of your skill level.
In total you can earn up to 140 000 XP just from the 7 weekly quests. Don’t forget, you can earn 140,000 XP EVERY week.
NOTE: By doing all of the weekly quests throughout the season, you’ll get enough XP to level you up 37 levels!
Just combining dailies and weekly quests, you’d go up over 80 levels! This is NOT including any of the other methods below to level up fast in Fortnite.
Hit Fortnite Milestones
As well as dailies and weekly quests, another great way of getting XP and leveling in Fortnight quickly is Milestones.
These can be easily forgotten about but every so often you’ll generate a nice chunk of XP as you complete them.
There are more of these milestones than you’d think.
In fact in total there are 19 milestone quests. Each of these quests then has 20 stages, so plenty of XP to be had.
The milestone quests in Fortnite are;
- Complete Bounties
- Gain Shields
- Place Top 10
- Catch Items while Fishing
- Spend Bars
- Damage Opponents
- Kill Opponents
- Thank The Bus Driver
- Search Chests or Ammo Boxes
- Evolve EvoChrome Weapons
- Restore Health
- Pick Fruit From Reality Saplings
- Outlast Opponents
- Travel Distance As A Chrome Blob
- Headshot Opponents
- Purchase Items From NPC’s or Vending Machines
- Hit Weak Points with Harvesting Tool
- Reboot Squadmates
- Travel Distance Riding Wolf or Boar
It’s worth noting that these do change with each season. These are the challenges for Chapter 3 Season 4.
The great thing about Milestone quests is that you’ll generally complete most of them just by playing the game/
NOTE: Did you know if you complete all 20 stages of the 19 quests, you’ll get over 2 million XP. That works out at roughly 28 levels.
If we combine daily, weekly and Milestone quests, you’ll earn around 111 levels in the Battle Pass.
Now this might not be the fastest way to level up in Fortnite, as you need to wait for new weeklys to drop etc. However it is quicker than just relying on getting the Win.
Speed Up Quests With Party Assist
As already mentioned, dailies and weeklies are a great way of getting XP in Fortnite. But, did you know you can speed it up when playing in groups?
The progress in qualifying weekly quests is shared. So basically anything that your team does towards these weekly quests, you’ll get the XP for as well.
Perfect for when you have challenges such as spending a certain amount of gold or killing a certain amount of opponents.
So get your friends, run a Duo, Trio or Squad and level up fast.
Play Save The World
You probably know what Save The World game mode is but not everyone has given it a go and you could be missing out on some great XP.
It is a separate game mode, where you play in third person and is a survival style game.
Unlike Battle Royale, you do need to pay for the Save The World mode. If you do enjoy this style of game, it’s worth it.
Not only is it fun but you can earn XP in Save The World which is then counted towards your Battle Pass in Fortnite Battle Royale.
In fact you can earn up to roughly 450,000 XP. This is roughly 5 levels per day!
The great thing about Save The World mode is that it does also unlock a skin and you can earn 1,500 VBucks.
Do Creative Mode
Now I’m not the most creative person in the world, so you’ll not find me making any maps. I also don’t tend to have too much time to go into creative mode.
If however you like checking out different maps users have made, did you know you can also earn XP to level up fast in Fortnite Battle Royale?
It has been nerfed quite a bit but as long as you do play different maps, it’s a fairly decent way of earning some extra XP for free.
Creative mode uses something known as Accolade Devices. The creator of the map basically places these on the map and when you complete a challenge or task, you’re rewarded with a certain amount of XP.
It’s not however possible to exploit this and make a ton of XP.
First of all there is an XP cap, where you can earn around 200,000 XP per day. After this you still earn a little XP but it’s very small and not worth it if you’re just trying to grind levels.
Secondly, the amount of XP you earn from these accolade devices does decrease the more people that play that map. So if it’s a very popular map, you’ll find that over time it gives smaller XP rewards.
A good way to get XP if you want a change from Battle Royale, but not great if you just want to grind levels.
Get A Victory Royale
Now winning a victory is not going to give you a lot of XP (300XP). Although you’ll get XP for each elimination, as well as not getting caught up in the storm.
Since the aim is to get the Victory Royale, this could be a great way of building up XP.
If you’re good enough then you can easily stack up and grind out levels by getting victories.
Buy Levels
If you’re really struggling to get levels or you just have a few left to get before the current season ends, you could buy them. I would do this as a last attempt, as its more than possible to unlock all of the Battle Pass rewards by doing the above.
However if you’re looking to level up fast in Fortnite, buying levels is certainly going to be the quickest way to do it.
Now you can buy them using VBucks. Its worth noting that you can buy them individually, although it works out cheaper by buying more than one at a time.
Additional XP Sources
Above are some of the fastest ways to level up in Fortnite.
There are however ways to get additional XP, generally these are just by playing the game.
The more you play, the more XP you’re naturally going to get. So the quicker you’ll level.
When a new season starts, the first thing you want to do is unlock all the grey areas on the map and find the new landmarks.
This is going to give you anywhere from 1,000 ro 4,000 XP. They’re also probably going to be linked to a daily or weekly quest as well for more XP.
Other sources of a small amount of XP are ;
- Opening Chests and Ammo Boxes
- Fishing
- Foraging for Items
- Eliminating a Player
- Surviving Each Storm
- Reachting Top 50, 25 and 10
Final Thoughts
There you have 8 ways in which you can level up fast in Fortnite and unlock all of those Battle Pass rewards as quickly as possible.
Personally I prefer to focus on the dailies, weeklies and milestones. If you do all of them and only do 3 dailies per day, you should be able to hit level 100 before the end of the season.
The only downside to this is that you do need to wait for the weekly quests to unlock. I would get each week done as they come out, get dailies, milestones and then just focus on as much in-game XP grinding as possible.
