How To Get The Loom In Palia

If you’re wanting to craft fabrics, you’re going to need to get your hands on a loom. In this article, I’ll go through exactly how to get the loom in Palia

As soon as you hit level 2 in Furnishing, you’ll unlock the Loom recipe.

You’ll need to head over to Kilima Village and speak to Tish to buy the recipe. Once you have, you can go back to the crafting table to craft the Loom.

By having the Loom, you’ll be able to craft leather and fabric.

Let’s look into how you can level your Furnishing, how to get the loom and what you’ll use it for.

Key Takeaways

  • Unlock the Loom recipe at level 2 in Furnishing.
  • Purchase the Loom recipe from Tish in Kilima Village for 100 gold.
  • Crafting the Loom requires 15 Sapwood Plank, 20 Plant Fiber, 2 Copper Bar, and 5 Ceramic.
  • The Loom is essential for crafting leather (from Senuk Hides) and fabric (from Cotton).
  • The Loom is crucial for making a glider, which aids in faster map movement.

How To Get The Loom

To get the Loom in Palia, you need to be level 2 in Furnishing. You can easily get to this level by crafting the initial items with Sapwood Planks. Once you’ve done that, head over to Tish in the town and she’ll sell you the Loom recipe for 100 gold.

Congratulations, you can now craft the Loom.

In order to craft the loom, your going to need the following items;

  • 15 X Sapwood Plank
  • 20 X Plant Fiber
  • 2 X Copper Bar
  • 5 X Ceramic

You’ll get the Sapwood and the plant fiber from the trees on your plot. Ceramic can be found along the coast of Kilima.

Copper ore can also be found spread around Kilima, you’ll then need to use a smelter to turn it into Copper Bars.

How To Use The Loom in Palia

Using the loom

If you’re wanting to craft Leather or Fabric, you’re going to need a Loom.

In order to get leather, you need to get Senuk Hides. These are obtained by hunting Sernuks. (Don’t forget to use the meat for cooking)

Fabric is a little harder to make as you need Cotton. For that you’ll need to grow it on your farming plot. You can buy Fabric but it’s expensive at 190 gold.

Why Do You Need A Loom?

Do you even need to get a loom?

100% you do. Leather and Fabric are important for a number of recipes.

If you want to get your hands on a glider (And you’d be insane not to), you’ll need these for Najuma to create a glider for you.

Final Thoughts

There we have it, a quick guide on how to get the loom in Palia. It’s pretty easy to get and you’ll be able to get access to it almost straight away. You just need to level your furnishing skill to level 2 and gather some basic materials.

I would recommend trying to get the Loom as soon as possible, the quicker you get the glider the faster you can move around the map.
